Beyond The Garden Gate – Beth’s Garden

One of the things that I have fallen in love with in Spokane are the gardens. On my daily walks I have enjoyed many public gardens and admired many private gardens from afar.

There is a private garden that I walk past on a regular basis and I always like to try to catch glimpses of what lays behind the tall hedges, the low stone wall and the carved wooden gate. One day I was out on a walk with my friend Linnea and she introduced me to Beth, the creator of this gorgeous garden. Beth invited us into her garden to look around. Luckily I had my camera with me to capture images of this captivating garden.

Beth has artfully adorned her garden with sculptures, and created a beautiful oasis with lots of nooks and crannies perfect for sitting and pausing and soaking in the beauty.
